HUMBLE BEGINNINGS
Paintchem is a company that has developed from humble beginnings with its owner running what could be termed as a “one man band’ into what is today a proudly South African business which distributes its products throughout South Africa and its neighbouring countries. We manufacture paints for the Automotive, Industrial, Decorative and Woodfinish market as well as an extensive range of additional related products such as bodyfillers, spot putties, stopperfines, plastic primers etc. for these industries.

PAINTCHEM TODAY
Initially Paintchem’s manufacturing plant was situated in a single factory in Verulam, Kwa-Zulu Natal, South Africa. Today our company has grown to occupy seven such buildings alongside each other. The company is owner run, which ensures personal attention to every aspect of the day to day running of the business. We have a team of dedicated staff who form the backbone of the company. In addition to our head office in Kwa-Zulu Natal, Paintchem has branches in Gauteng, Bloemfontein, Nelspruit and Port Elizabeth. Our products are distributed througout South Africa as well as neighbouring countries.

Paintchem has a highly qualified and experienced  research, development and manufacturing team who are able  to  produce quality  products that are constantly updated to meet the changing demands of the South African market. Research and development has involved our team receiving training in the latest technology from abroad. We pride ourselves in using only the highest quality raw materials in order to ensure that the final product is of a standard that we can be proud of. Our  range  includes  approximately 300  different  products  which  are  available at highly  competitive  prices.

Our future goal is to expand our products and company name in the market by appointing new distributors in areas throughout
Africa as well as keeping abreast of new technology by continuously researching and developing products in conjunction with overseas companies. We aim to provide excellent service to our customers with a quality product at affordable prices thereby building long term partnerships with our distributors - which ensures growth and success for both Paintchem and our loyal customers.
